      you can either naturally grow upto a certain height or by trying things to grow to the same height ie the things you try can prove useless.
      what u can try is cycling ,good food ,streatching ,hanging and sleeping in straight position .
      but u have very less chances to add to your height since it is 99 % genitic

      Stem cells in the future WILL be used for height increase, but that’s not for another 15-20 years. Right now though, you can increase your height. I play college basketball. I’m 6’8 right now, but I was only 6’0 in junior year in high school. I grew 8 inches through a program. It was hell, but it worked.       i’m short, only 4′ 11” and 17 so im dun growin but my cuzins and lil brother look fish oil and are pretty tall . .. best part is now you don’t have to take the actual oil or the humongous horse pills either … if u go to i believe its GNC they sell the chewables (my bro takes em) but if it doesnt work try vitamin d and calcium … its good 4 ur bones … i’d research it a bit more thou … good luck to you (evn if in my opinion u got off lucky!) lol
